Clients pick a time that works for them,. You keep control of your schedule. Evolutio keeps both sides in sync. automatically — no calls, no double-checking, no double bookings.
What happens when someone books?
The same appointment can be viewed from two sides: a client claims a slot, your calendar updates instantly, and neither of you has to chase the other.
Client picks a time
Through your booking link, the client app, ora QR code on your business card — clients see only the slots you've actually got open.
Your calendar locks it, instantly
The moment they confirm, that slot disappears for everyone else — across every location you manage. No overlap is possible.
Both sides get reminded
You and you client each get a reminder befor the visit. Reschedule or cancel on either en, and the change syncs both ways.
Your rules, your calendar.
Set the boundaries once — locations, hours, vacation time — and Evolutio holds to them in your own Google Calendar and on Evolutio.
Respects your google calendar
Busy time in Google is blocked in Evolutio. Clients never see a slot you've already filled.
Availability by location
Working from two locations? Set separate hours and slot rules for each, and switch off booking during time away.
Booking that doesn't need a phone call
Clients book on their own, fill out what they need, and show up ready, so you spend that time on the appointment.
Available around the clock
Share one link across all platforms, including your email signature, Facebook page, Google Business profile, or even as a QR code on your cards.
Fewer missed appointments
